rainbow jumper...one size fits...

...forever!!
Last night after hours of sewing in ends I finished Rebe's rainbow jumper so I thought that I would join in this week with Ginny and her yarn along.
I made up the pattern, but as usual I erred on the large side and I think it will fit Rebe forever lol. I had to turn up the sleeves twice and stitch them to stop them unrolling again.
 But she's delighted.
She had requested a long pixie hood on it, but I ran out of yarn. I had just enough to do the jumper itself and I couldn't justify the money for only the hood. So I unpicked the neck of the gnome hat I knitted for Benny last year and simply sewed it on. He hasn't noticed, Rebe is pleased and it was free :-)

The book I am reading right now is gorgeous and I can't recommend it enough. It is full of really helpful tips and ideas and I am enjoying it so much.
